Employment Opportunities
Montgomery Purdue combines a friendly and informal working environment with a devotion to maintaining the highest degree of professionalism in serving our clients.
We are excited about our dynamic group of partners, associates, and professional staff and have enjoyed the success we have enjoyed together, as a firm.
As a full-service business law firm, offering our clients comprehensive representation in virtually all commercial matters, including transactional and litigation support, we seek out persons whom we believe will mesh well with the personalities of the firm’s lawyers, staff, and clients. We are generally looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who are interested in a varied business law practice.
Diversity & Inclusion
We are dedicated to cultivating an inclusive space for each member of our team and extending this culture of inclusion into our practice. We value providing exceptional service and equal opportunity to everyone, regardless of their race, ethnicity, color, gender identity, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, physical abilities, neurodiversity, age, sexual orientation, veteran status, or criminal history.
The future of the legal profession must be equitable and diverse, and we are taking intentional steps to make this equitable vision a reality.
Associate Program
Summer associates and entry-level associates can expect to take on meaningful and responsible work, interacting directly with clients, from the day they begin practicing law with our firm.
Workplace Environment
Montgomery Purdue is very serious about the quality of legal services it provides to its clients. But that doesn’t mean the firm’s culture isn’t one of friendly camaraderie. We have events throughout the year, such as:
Summer get-together
Healthy competitions
Winter celebration
Charity fund raisers
Birthday celebrations
Potluck luncheons
