- Represented professional fiduciary in complex guardianship and court-supervised trust with related assets in excess of $20 million, including real estate purchases and sales, periodic reporting, investment decisions, and court-approved estate planning.
- Served as guardian ad litem to review trust accountings for beneficiary of long-term multimillion-dollar special needs trust.
- Advised clients on a wide variety of estate planning and tax issues, including drafting Wills, trust agreements, and Powers of Attorney.
- Developed exit strategies for Personal Representatives and Trustees dealing with difficult beneficiaries and/or assets.
